We have been using Chris and his team at Moser to maintain the grounds and parking lot at our 300,000sq.ft. facility for several years now. We are very picky about our buildings presentation and after a rocky period where Moser’s quality of work and attention to detail were not up to our standards, I brought my issues to Chris who listened, and then addressed with his team. The work now is excellent and Chris and his team provide great customer service with very quick turn-around for special requests. EVERY contractor will make mistakes, but not every contractor will be willing to fix their mistakes to make sure their customer is happy like Moser does. Since Chris and his team put in the effort to make their customers happy, and achieve the desired results when the project is finished, they very much deserve all 5 stars. Highly recommend the Moser team for any and all facility grounds-keeping needs.

Jeff is a such a joy to work with . He is extremely professional and very responsive. Him and his crew are hardworking and they did a phenomenal job!
